There are no endings, just new beginnings

Just thought I'd start with some random quote. I'm at home, on this slow dial up computer. I need to convince mom to get a new one cause this is like 5 years old. OLD.. In the terms of the fast-updating technology world of today. I guess it beats not having internet at all. I'm downloading the latest MSN messenger and it's taking ages and a day. But that's okay. I'm wasting time right now anyway.

Gave up on the chapter I'm at in Fire Emblem for now. I was ALMOST DONE with the stupid chapter then one of my units dies because I put him where Wyvern riders were and he's a swordsman. (Lances best swords here.) So that really bites. I don't like letting my characters die in that game because they don't come back. >.< What sucks even more is that it's the SAME unit that died before I decided to start the game over. :sigh: Oh well. I'm sure I'll be able to kill all of the enemy units later and get all of the hidden items on the map. :muahahaha:

Got to talk to an old friend today. Seems like ages since I was able to actually sit down and have a conversation with him.. Although it was cut short cause I had to leave.. but I'm glad all the same that I got to just talk, you know? I hope things get better for him, though. It sounds like a heavy burden has been placed on his shoulders.. but I guess it's okay. Jesus says basically, to come all who are weary and give him your burdens. I really have to start reading my Bible more. I've totally slacked this summer in my walk with God.. but I hope for it to get better once school starts or even sooner. Anyways, Nico, let's talk again soon sometime. I'd like to be able to listen to you again.


I go back in a couple of weeks. Part of me can't wait and the other part wants to stay.. but I know by the time I leave, I'll be well and ready to leave. Guess this is a part of growing up. Also got to talk to John on the phone today, too. He says I should come back soon cause he misses us (me and our other friend Wayde). I miss all my Oahu friends, too. I'll be back soon.

Guess that's all for now. I still have a lot to do, but I know I'll be able to get everything done.
